Making a Difference with Each Home Sold
Since 2005, our team has served our community’s real estate needs and partnered with charities to positively impact the lives of thousands of individuals. We make a difference with every home sold and it’s all possible because of YOU! THANK YOU!
Here's some of what your contributions did last year!
- Raised $4,223 to support Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center
- Provided dinner to all clients living at Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center
- Sponsored two children for a year at The Heart Smiles orphanage in Ghana
- Raised funds for educational resources for Hampstead Elementary’s Special Needs Program
- Donated Bulk food to Catonsville Emergency Assistance to serve Catonsville residents with emergency food and utility turn-off intervention
- Filled/packed over 100 backpacks for children entering the foster care system through Comfort Cases)
- Fully funded the creation of the Green Team and BCPS Community Garden
- Supported Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue by providing items and food for the dogs and cats in the shelter
- Sponsored 5 local families in need for the holidays by providing gifts and gift cards
- Donated $850 to Howard County Autism Society
- Donated adaptive educational devices to an Autism Therapy Center
- Supported Howard County Autism Society in their important mission and sponsored their 5k walk fundraiser
- Donated to the Hopeworks Domestic Violence Center of Howard County
- Supported the essential needs of a new Foster Child in Howard County
- Raised $700 for groceries for a HOCO Family in need
- Donated dry goods to a local daycare in need
- Donated and stocked local Little Free Libraries with books

Giving Back to Our Community
We are dedicated to supporting our clients, friends and family and spreading good cheer in any way we can. After reaching out to the community for nominations of people in need, we surprised four families with a special hot meal delivery. Thank you to everyone who nominated someone!

Filling Homes with Love
We are so honored to partner with Grassroots Crisis Center to help make a difference in our community, especially with amazing success stories like these!
Grassroots works with residents in their emergency shelter program to develop a plan to achieve their ultimate housing objective. Each month, residents are accomplishing their goals and moving out on their own. But many need a little extra help to make their new house a home. Together, with the community, our team has fully furnished homes with new and gently used furniture, accessories, cleaning supplies and special treats to get residents off to a great start.
